Timplora AI (“Timplora”, “we”) is an online calendar at plannovaaicalendar.netlify.app. The calendar is free. An optional paid plan, Timplora PLUS (“Pro”), adds AI scheduling and photo-to-calendar features. The operator of Timplora is: [OWNER REVIEW: your legal name or business name and location].
You can use the calendar without an account; events are then stored only in your browser. With a free account, events are saved to your account. You must confirm your email address to sign in. Pro costs $9.99 per month and is sold, billed and renewed by Payhip, our payment provider. Payhip's terms apply to your purchase. Pro is matched to your Timplora account by email address, so use the same email for Payhip checkout and Timplora.
Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your Payhip customer account (see “Account & subscription” in Timplora for step-by-step instructions). Payhip may end Pro access immediately when the subscription is canceled. Canceling Pro does not delete your Timplora account or saved events.

AI suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong — for example, a misread date or time in a photo. Every suggestion is shown for review and is only saved after you confirm it. You are responsible for checking events before relying on them. To control costs and prevent abuse, AI use is subject to fair-use limits (currently up to 60 AI requests and 20 photo scans per account per day, and a few requests per minute), which we may adjust.
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, bypass payment or usage limits, or upload content you don't have the right to share or that is unlawful.
We aim to keep Timplora available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. AI features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable; the calendar keeps working when they are.
