How to get Pro: 1) Create a free Timplora account and confirm your email. 2) Click Subscribe and pay on Payhip's secure checkout using the same email. 3) Pro unlocks automatically once Payhip confirms the payment, usually within a minute. This is a recurring $9.99/month subscription, billed by Payhip until you cancel.

Only you can see this (Identity role "admin"). Before approving, find the customer's active $9.99/month Timplora PLUS subscription in your Payhip dashboard (product iNE0s, status Active), then enter the Payhip subscription or transaction ID you checked and the email shown on that Payhip order. Never approve from an order number or message alone.
A free account saves your calendar across devices. New accounts must confirm their email before signing in. For Pro, pay with the same email — Pro activates automatically once Payhip confirms your payment.

Timplora PLUS is billed by Payhip, so recurring payments can only be stopped in your Payhip customer account — not from this page.
Open the login link in your Payhip receipt email, or go to the Timplora store on Payhip ↗ and click the person icon to log in. Use the email you paid with.
In your Payhip customer account, click the person icon → Settings → Subscriptions (on some Payhip pages this is under Your Account).
Choose the cancel option for Timplora PLUS and confirm.
Come back here and click Refresh Pro Status. This page only shows “Canceled” once Payhip has notified us that the subscription was canceled.
Please note: Payhip may end paid access immediately when a subscription is canceled, rather than at the end of the billing period. Depending on how Payhip's account page is set up, canceling there may also delete your Payhip customer account — that only affects Payhip, not Timplora.
You don't have an active Pro subscription on this account. If you're still being charged, you may have paid with a different email — check your Payhip receipts and cancel from that Payhip account, or contact support.
Your calendar is separate from billing. Canceling Pro never deletes your Timplora account or saved events; you keep the free calendar.
