Who we are

What we collect and why

• Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password, to let you sign in. Handled by Netlify Identity.
• Calendar events — titles, dates, times, categories and notes you save while signed in, stored in our database so you can access them on any device. Only your account can access them. If you use the calendar without signing in, events stay in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.
• Subscription status — when you buy, renew, cancel or are refunded, Payhip notifies us with your email, subscription or transaction ID, plan name and the type of event. We use this only to turn Pro on or off. We never receive your card details.
• AI requests — text you type into the AI assistant and photos you upload are sent to Anthropic (Claude) through Netlify AI Gateway to generate suggestions. Timplora does not store uploaded photos. We record the time, type, token count and estimated cost of each AI request (not its content) to enforce monthly limits and prevent abuse.
• Support messages — what you submit through the support form, stored by Netlify Forms so we can reply.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as request times and errors) to run and secure the service.

Service providers

Netlify (hosting, accounts, database, forms, AI gateway), Payhip (payments and subscription billing), and Anthropic (AI processing). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Your events stay until you delete them. Canceling Pro does not delete your account or events. To delete your account and data, contact us through the support form. [OWNER REVIEW: how long you keep billing records, support messages and deleted-account data]
